Enjoy the spectacular view over the vast blue expanse of the ‘Lungo Lago’—far away from the hustle and bustle. Villa Rondine has been available as a vacation home since 2017. In 2022, the entire house underwent extensive renovations. New bathrooms and expansive panoramic windows ensure that your time at Villa Rondine is an experience, even in less-than-ideal weather. Various terraces offer ever-changing perspectives: Sirmione, Garda, and Bardolino are all within view, and in the evening, the lights along the promenades sparkle like strings of pearls. A beautiful fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere during the spring or autumn months.
The mature and lovingly landscaped garden offers complete privacy. Swim your laps in the 8 x 3 meter heated pool (May-September) and relax on the lounge furniture while enjoying the unique view. Tropical plants and various areas provide space for everyone. The entire property is fenced, ensuring optimal privacy. Bringing dogs is also possible under certain conditions, upon prior arrangement.

An experienced team ensures a smooth process, from booking to key handover. On-site, you also have a contact person for your questions and requests. The outdoor areas of Villa Rondine are regularly maintained by our gardener. Additionally, the pool is consistently checked for perfect water quality by a professional.
Villa Rondine is ideally located for all your daily needs. Within a 5-minute drive, you can reach a supermarket, bakery, ice cream shop, and pharmacy. The popular town of Salo, with its excellent restaurants and lively cafés, is just a 15-minute drive away. Strolling through the narrow streets and the marina gives you that Italian feeling of ‘La Dolce Vita.’ Especially in the evening, it’s a delight to enjoy a drink by the Gulf of Salo and immerse yourself in the Mediterranean holiday atmosphere. Even during the high season, you will always find parking in the museum’s garage in the town center.
On the left, you will find the upper floor with an open fireplace and kitchen. Since our vacation home—Villa Rondine—is situated on a hillside, the right side shows the lower part of the house. Here you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms (‘bagno’). The two large bedrooms have terrace doors with direct access to the garden, offering an unparalleled panoramic view of Lake Garda. The right bedroom has its own en-suite shower room.
Blueswolf MunichAuf einem Berg liegt die Villa Rondine, die in 6 Tagen zu unserem absoluten Wohlführtort in Italien geworden ist. Und zugegeben, wir haben unser Ferienzuhause nur zum Einkaufen und einer kleinen Entdeckungstour verlassen, denn dieses kleine, ruhige Fleckchen Erde bietet einfach alles, was Mann/Frau sich zur Entspannung wünschen kann: Der Tag beginnt mit der Morgensonne, die einen durchs Fenster begrüßt. Geht weiter mit einem Kaffee auf dem Balkon und Traumblick auf den See und Salo. Läuft in entspanntes Yoga über zu einem fantastischen Frühstück auf der Terrasse, mit anschließendem Nickerchen auf der Loungeliege, weiter geht’s mit der Abkühlung im Pool und dem Sonnetanken auf einer der Liegen... Abends schmeißen wir den Grill an oder kochen uns etwas in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche und mit Ratsch, Musik, Lachen und der Müdigkeit des Tages, der Sonne und frischen Luft ziehen wir uns (Ende September) in das Wohnzimmer mit relaxten Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten an den offenen Kamin zurück. Rundum – wir sind happy. Wirklich happy. Danke für diese Woche voller Nichtstun, Zusammensein, Relaxen, Gaumenfreuden, Lachen und Dolce Vita!!!!
Tati RückeshäuserWir waren im April 2024 zusammen mit unserem Hund in der Villa Rondine für 1 Woche im Urlaub zum Tapetenwechsel und zum Seele baumeln lassen. Die Villa hat uns mit der geschmackvollen Ausstattung sehr gut gefallen, wir und der Hund haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Die vielen Bücher und Video DVD´s sowie die tolle Sonos Soundanlage haben uns geholfen, uns trotz sehr mäßigem Wetter zu entspannen. Sehr schön auch der gute Zugang zu Wanderwegen in den umliegenden Bergen vom Haus aus. Nicht zu vergessen ist natürlich der einmalige, unverbaute Ausblick direkt auf den halben südlichen Gardasee am Morgen vom Frühstückstisch im Haus oder am Abend oder in der Nacht bei Mondbeleuchtung auf dem Gardasee. Ein tolles Erlebnis. Und last but not least die wirklich gute Betreuung von Ort durch Natalija, die bei jeder Anfrage oder Problemchen immer ansprechbar war und uns durch ihre herzliche Art und durch ihr Tiramisu unvergesslich bleiben wird. P.S. Die örtlichen Katzen mussten leider für 1 Woche ihre gewohnte Patroullie durch das Grundstück aufgeben, unser Hund Jack war da sehr deutlich.
